Ashton joined the Faber and Brand family in November of 2005. Shortly after joining, Ashton was drafted into the Petitions Department. Most recently, Ashton was promoted to Team Leader of Petitions. Her day to day job entails training new members of her team and keeping up the morale in her department.

Outside of the office, Ashton spends most of her time actively pursuing her broadcast journalism education. When she gets the chance she also enjoys golf, scuba diving and skiing.
