Sarah Birsic has been with Faber and Brand since April 17 th, 2007 and was promoted to the Phone Team in May of 2007. She has consistently shown initiative in her work as well as loyalty to the company. Sarah is constantly looking for new and interesting ways to become more involved in the Faber & Brand family. Her most recent contribution has come from her participation with the interview committee. As a legal account representative, Sarah is responsible not only for answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate people, but for working the accounts in a variety of ways as well. The situations that she handles include everything from setting up a payment arrangement to handling disputes. Her self-confidence and composure make her an irrefutable asset to our team. She is enormously valued for her hard work and dedication.
