Dylan joined the Faber and Brand family in January 2007. In March 2007 he was drafted into the Book Keeping Department. Shortly after joining Book Keeping, Dylan was appointed Team Leader of his department.

Outside the office, Dylan is an active member of Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity.
