During his 25-year tenure at MCM he grew the company from $240,000 in collections a year to over $10,000,000.  One of the industry leaders in the purchase of distressed and charged-off debt in the early 80's starting with FDIC and on to RTC.  A Past President of the Kansas Collections Association.  Provided numerous seminars with individuals and companies including Ford Motor Credit.  Taught Accounts Receivable Recovery at Barton County Community College.
