Full-time Management Positions
 

Being a full-time manager at Faber and Brand has real benefits. Schedules can be flexible, with the company being open from 7:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Managers can also take Saturday shifts. This allows for a better meshing of personal life and business life without having to give up either. The benefits package offered to full-time employees is top of the line. F&B offers a 401k matching program, generous vacation and sick time, and profit sharing.

Faber and Brand offers opportunities for advancement. Department management is an entry level position, but interested individuals can learn more and advance to upper level management positions. Long-term employees are rewarded for their investment in the business.

There are other non-material benefits as well. Managers are allowed to dress comfortably. The atmosphere here is very relaxed. There are extra-work activities during various times of the year. We have a softball team, and other employee functions. We encourage our employees to think outside of the box. Creativity and ingenuity are encouraged and rewarded. F&B is not locked into old ways of doing things, and we strive to stay on the cutting edge. Technological advancement is key to our success therefore we are constantly improving our network and electronic infrastructure.

Our staff is primarily comprised of part-time college students. These employees are great to work with. They are bright and capable, and it is a real pleasure to meet these people and watch them mature through their college years.
