Being a full-time manager at Faber and Brand has real benefits. Schedules can be flexible, with the company being open from 7:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Managers can also take Saturday shifts. This allows for a better meshing of personal life and business life without having to give up either. The benefits package offered to full-time employees is top of the line. Faber and Brand offers opportunities for advancement. Department management is an entry level position, but interested individuals can learn more and advance to upper level management positions. Long-term employees are rewarded for their investment in the business.

Our staff is primarily comprised of part-time college students. These employees are great to work with.
