Jake Linstedt
 Jake Lindstedt has been with Faber and Brand since Jan 3rd, 2007 and was promoted to the Phone Team in August of 2007. Since becoming a member of the phone team, he has proven himself to be both dependable and resourceful. He is always ready to take the initiative to contribute his free time to help his department by covering shifts and working extra hours. In addition, he has also endeavored to become more involved in the Faber & Brand family by participating on the interview committee and the recruitment committee. As a legal account representative, Jake is responsible not only for answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate people, but for working the accounts in a variety of ways as well. The situations that he handles include everything from setting up a payment arrangement to handling disputes. Jake has also been an integral part in helping to train his new co-workers. His talent and positive attitude have greatly benefited the phone team. |
