Ashton came to Faber and Brand in November of 2005. She quickly established herself as one of F&B’s up and coming employees. Upon being drafted into Petitions, she immediately ascended to a leadership position as the section leader. Her duties as section leader included many of the managerial tasks commonly associated with the team leader position. During this time Ashton trained many people that went on to become team leaders and/or SOTM winners themselves, further displaying her extraordinary leadership ability. Last summer she took over as the team leader and has been truly stellar (just ask her!). As team leader she is responsible for a great deal of the delegation, motivation and training issues that arise on a daily basis. Her greatest value is how much easier she makes the jobs of all those around her. Her quiet confidence and steady leadership have made it possible for the Petitions department to continue to hum along nicely despite increased volume and a generally clueless department manager.
