Kim has been a member of the Faber and Brand family since 1994. She began working as a garnishment clerk shortly after graduating from high school. In 2004, Kim was promoted to Communications Manager, and has most recently been given the position of Operations Manager. |

|
As Operations Manager, Kim oversees our Phone Team and Client Relations Department, which includes handling client questions and concerns, consumer disputes, status updates, and other various client-related issues. Kim’s department manages all communication between the driving force of our firm, our clients. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
In addition to her duties as Operations Manager, Kim is also the head of the Faber and Brand Social Committee, which plans all office social functions like goal-parties, graduation celebrations, and the annual Christmas party. Kim is also a member of the Faber & Brand Improvement Committee ("F.B.I."), which researches and implements improvements for the office. |

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her daughters and family. |
